About the OFRS

The OFRS, Owens Football Ranking System, is a NCAA Division 1 Football Computer Ranking System. The system was developed by Sean Owens in 2008 and has undergone a few core changes since then. The OFRS uses various stats collected each week to perform its calculations and produce a top to bottom ranking of every Division 1-FBS school.
